MOVEMENT
WITH
INTENTION.

from first instinct to final image, we approach movement as a language. we research, shape and refine each idea until movement becomes more than choreography; it communicates.

04 TRAIN WITH US

Our classes bring together technical training, musicality, choreography and performance in an environment that encourages curiosity and progression. A place to learn, experiment, be challenged and enjoy the process of becoming a stronger, more versatile dancer.

Wednesdays at 8.30pm

THE ESSENTIALS

heels class

A technique-focused class designed to develop the fundamentals behind heels movement. We work on posture, alignment, balance, coordination, strength and body awareness, breaking things down with time to understand how and why the body moves. With less focus on choreography, The Essentials gives you the tools to build a strong foundation and feel more prepared for any heels class.

Fridays at 5.30pm

THE BEGINNER FRIENDLY

heels class

A training space for dancers ready to bring their foundations into choreography. Each class combines warm-up, technique, movement exploration and choreography, with a focus on musicality, coordination and movement quality. You’ll have time to understand the material, apply corrections and develop greater control while enjoying the process of learning and progressing.

Fridays at 7.30pm

THE INTERMEDIATE

heels class

For experienced heels dancers ready for a faster pace and greater challenge. Training moves beyond the fundamentals into more complex choreography, precision, dynamics, musicality and performance. Through individual and group tasks, dancers are challenged to adapt quickly, make stronger choices and develop the presence and versatility required in professional performance environments.

*Due to high demand, registrations open one month before each new season and are announced via Instagram. Registrations are accepted by email only once officially open; early requests will not be considered.

Current ESCO dancers receive priority access, supporting consistency and continued growth from season to season.

A four-day movement intensive focused on strong foundations, body awareness and versatility.

An experience built around movement, exploration and growth. Bringing together heels, ballet, hip hop and movement practice, The Essence invites dancers to step beyond one style and discover new ways of understanding and using their body.

Through technique, coordination, musicality and creative exploration, we build stronger foundations, greater adaptability and more freedom in movement.

Different disciplines. New perspectives. One shared practice.

A four-day experience built around
performance, expression and
storytelling for camera.

THE CAMERA INTENSIVE

Accessible to different levels, with the focus on camera performance, expression and presence rather than technical difficulty alone. No heels.

IMG_3699.jpg

The Camera Intensive invites dancers to move beyond choreography and explore how intention, emotion and presence translate through the lens.

Through performance exercises, facial expression, camera awareness and movement exploration, we develop authenticity, confidence and a stronger connection between movement and emotion.

Less performing for the camera. More communicating through it.

A five-day experience built around creation, performance and the reality of working within a production.

THE CONCEPT INTENSIVE

For experienced heels dancers (intermediate +) ready for a fast-paced, performance-driven creative process.

IMG_3706.jpg
IMG_3705.jpg

The Concept Intensive takes dancers from the first rehearsal to a fully developed visual concept, combining choreography, formations, styling and camera work.

Through a fast-paced creative process, dancers are challenged to adapt, perform, collaborate and bring a concept to life, culminating in a professionally produced concept video.

.

Not just the result. Everything it takes to get there.
